How do expired domains work? There's a domain that I'm interested in, and whois reports it as expiring on Jul 13, 2001. However, every place I've gone to try to register it has told me that the domain is already reserved. Is there a certain period of time that I have to wait, or anything else special I'm supposed to do to register a domain that has expired? Jag
