Ashish Sorry for the delay in responding...had to take care of a small launch that we were doing ;-) Currently for .info it means that resellers are expected to have enough money in their account to cover the cost assuming a 100% success rate for pre-registrations. Therefore if you had 10 landrush pre-reg submitted to Tucows, you would need 10 x $20 = $200 in your account to pre-register all of them. As I said, we are lobbying Afilias to extend credit and hope to have an answer soon for you. .biz is a different story. You are only billed for a SUCCESSFUL domain name application on October 1, 2001. Then you will have seven days to pay OpenSRS in order to take the domain 'off-hold'. Depending on how you charge your registrants, it might not be a matter of 'recovering' your money from registrants...for example if you charged them up front.
