NSI Name Server Records

Just to confirm - If there are no longer any Domains at NSI using my Name
Servers - Do I still need to have the Name Server Records mantained there?
I'm unsure of any issues relating to NSI/Verisign/registry
relationships.....

My upstream provider is changing all my IP Address ranges and I want to make
my transition as simple as possible - NOT dealing with NSI definitely makes
it easier..... - now to find the bulk Name Server Change Script
