Hello, While the Email is technically correct, it is mis-leading. The message says it may take up to 9 days for a registrar transfer to complete. However, we (and therefore you) only have 5 days to deny it. The text of the Email has been improved. Unfortunately, that will not save this domain. You may wish to contact our compliance department to get this domain sent back.
