cgi errors

I am trying to upgrade my opensrs client to the newest version, and i'm getting this error when i go to the reg_system.cgi or any others... CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are: Global symbol "%RACESETTINGS" requires explicit package name at E:\Inetpub\opensrs\cgi-bin\manage.cgi line 58. Global symbol "$USE_RACE" requires explicit package name at E:\Inetpub\opensrs\cgi-bin\manage.cgi line 59. BEGIN not safe after errors--compilation aborted at E:\Inetpub\opensrs\cgi-bin\manage.cgi line 60. It never did this in the last version for me.  I had to "install storable" at a ppm prompt to get this working, but the verify_install.cgi worked.    Does anyone know what I'm doing incorrectly?   -- Matt Andreko On-Ramp Indiana (317)774-2100
