Although the information below did really give me a new perspective on
one of the two Canadian ICANN board members, I am afraid I do not see
how it is relevant (except to shut up an impertinent poster). ICANN is
not about cheap broadband access. If it were you would see me
complaining all the time about how we need this in Europe.
