I'd suggest keeping a "Transfers FAQ" on your page and include a description of NSI's actions in the FAQ, and you can compare and contrast them to your own/OpenSRS's actions with regard to paid domain years being added. Then you are upfront about the issue prior to any transfer registration, and you illustrate another shortcoming of NSI in comparison to other registrars. I understand that doesn't help someone get their money back or get their domain years back, but there is simply nothing that can be done about that by anyone. The customer can go after NSI for a refund, and NSI >>HAS<< issued refunds when they have been sufficiently pushed. Technically, since they didn't get what they paid for, they can maybe dispute any credit card charges with their credit card issuer as having been a fraudulent transaction. That will put the heat on NSI. -- Best regards, William X Walsh <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Userfriendly.com Domains The most advanced domain lookup tool on the net DNS Services from $1.65/mo
