Thanks for the feeling of urgency in your emails.
I think the mass updates for .CAs or for that matter any ccTLD should be
regarded as separate from .COM/.NET/.ORG processes, maybe by specifying at
the
end of the forms "update all .CA domains" or something similar.
Of course the programming for this is not done overnight, but I would like
to
think the existing .COM/.NET/.ORG code is so clean, it can be abstracted for
any ccTLD ;)
Maybe it would help letting your programmers know that when we don't update
manually domains one-by-one, we get to spend more time on other work that
ultimately helps selling more domains :)
I realize this is not the way everyone does it but some of our customers do
have many domains under 1 account and domain updates for .CA are done by
hand..
