strange error, what's wrong?

I'm getting this error when i try to start the buying of a domain name.  I'll just put a domain name in the box, and then this error pops up.  Does anyone know what i did wrong?   Registration Error The error which occurred was: Authentication Error: OPS Decode Error: Envelope Protocol Not Supported     -- Matt Andreko On-Ramp Indiana (317)774-2100
