.TV name server updates

Hi all
is anyone noticing that there is some kind of lag/problem
when customers use Manage Domain interface and update their
name servers for .TV domain?

I have had 2 complaints THIS WEEK of this nature
Customer changed name servers for .tv domain and .tv
registry/whois look up shows NO NAME SERVERS
