What "roots" are those ?
IPv8 does not have a root, it uses a Floating Root.
As for IPv16, first one has to have some level of competance with IPv4, IPv6
and IPv8, before one would likely get near anything related to IPv16.
When one talks about "production services", I assume they are at a minimum
talking about IPv16-Compliant equipment. (i.e. Carrier-Grade, NEBS,
24", -48vDC,Fault-Tolerant LANs,1000/100/10 Ethernets)
