Hi folks,

We're putting the finishing touches on the complaint form at
rscch.com and I was wondering if someone on this list can tell
me where to send the data.

Basically, I'm sick and tired of one particular registrars'
crap, so I've decided to fill the greatest need I see in
helping put a stop to it all.

We are building a single form that a person can use to send
a complaint about a registrar to (so far) any/all of:

  * InterNIC (action tag of their registrar complaint form)
  * ICANN (to their "logging" email address)
  * Better Business Bureau (where the registrar is located)
  * their Senator (where the complainant is located)
  * their Congressman/Congresswoman (where the complainant is located)

Since experience has shown me that email is pretty easy to
ignore for congressional offices, the latter two options will
actually cause the complaint to print on paper here in our office
(or go into a queue, actually) so that we can then mail it.

But there is at least one other agency/authority with power
over the registrars, is there not? The Commerce Dept/NTIA,
FCC, etc? Anyone?

Thanks,
Cengiz
