Personally, I just ignore these notices. If they are to a client, then 
you must let them know that NSI is simply a poorly run company with bad 
prectices. Either way, there is nothing NSI can do to enforce these 
notices. I simply ignore them to force NSI to waste more of its own time 
and resources. They'll eventually find out that the domain is at another 
registrar when they attempt to deactivate it for non payment.

Let them waste enough time and resources and they'll eventually get a 
clue. (hopefully...)
