The 2.41 upgrade guide includes these two statements: Landrush "Pre-registration" officially begins Wednesday, September 12, 2001. ... and ... Please note that the registry has proposed five rounds of pre-registration selection; therefore, in order to ensure the highest probability of selection, it is important for resellers to submit Landrush pre-registrations before August 1, 2001 when processing begins. If pre-registration begins on September 12, what processing begins on August 1?
