sub users and permissions

Is there a permission I can grant a sub-user in a profile so that they 
can get the list of expiring domains? I currently get a "permission 
denied" in the management CGI even if I grant all the available 
permissions. I have the renewal functionality integrated with the 
management CGI and would like customers to be able to grant the 
permission to renew to other parties.
