What about IDN?

International Domain Names are closing to renew time now. 

1.They are still not resolved yet. Do we still need to pay the fee for
next year before the date we pre-reg last year?

2. I have lots of IDN with other registrars. Can I transfer them to
OpenSRS? How to do that?
