Anyone from OpenSRS that is in contact with Afilias listening ?

Can someone who is in contact with Afilias confirm they are NOT going to
filter out domainrequests with invalid (late, future) trademark dates and
domains that don't equal the indicated trademark, and submissions with
invalid data ?
If this is the case, I am going to send in my landrush preregs as sunrise
registrations with 'invalid' trademark information.
(be honest guys, this just can't be true, it is SO easy to filter out these
requests)... Is there an afilias mailinglist/email address I could send an
e-mail to ? Charles, Scott, Ross, Ken, Rick ? Please talk to afilias about
this and let us know what's the story.
