As the message says...this is the terminology which will be used until
August 16th when further changes are made to the system (concerning .info
pre-registrations) What likely happened is that another individual
registered the domain.  I would check the WHOIS for the result.  If the
domain was not previously registered, then I can check further into this
issue for you.
