Hello fellow RSPs :-)

I have a question to you, about how you deal with domain name
deletions. We are a fully satisfied OpenSRS customer since November
2000, and the only point that is a little bit "tricky" with OpenSRS
are domain name deletions.

Sometimes, customers decide they do not want to have the domain name
they own anymore, maybe due to legal disputes, maybe they just don't
need them anymore.

Whenever I try to delete these domains, I have problems. To make it
clear: I do NOT want to have any refund or something like that, I just
want to delete these names. Again, NO REFUND or ANYTHING ELSE, JUST
DELETION :-)

I always have to send in a fax with my customers signature and copy of
their passport ID.

I don't know which requirements ICANN has to OpenSRS, but with our old
registrar, IIRC, domain deletions were easier.

Is there any way to accomplish this with OpenSRS as well? Maybe a
domain name deletion button in the manage.opensrs.net interface, then
e-mailing the admin, and he needs to acknowledge it, like in
transfers?
