Brian,

A few points:
1/. Have you checked the ICANN site ???   .SEX has not been accepted and
approved by them, therefor it will not be added to the typical root DNS
servers,
2/. Did you check out their site, particularly the FAQ ???

3/. Since it won't be part of the root servers, and it requires alteration
