Can't login manage.opensrs.net

Hello,

Was just about to login (at http://manage.opensrs.net) and change
nameservers on some domains we manage and I keep getting this error:

"Can't encode the domain. Please ensure the character encoding of the
web page is set to UTF-8"

Seems to do that no matter what I try.  Any suggestions????
