Jeff,
If you are trying to make an entire business out of domain
registration, I'd say that would be a tough thing to accomplish
successfully.
Domain registration is quite well suited, however, as an add-on
service to a companies existing offerings. It brands well with many
other services.
But as the central income source, I wouldn't put much money into that.
