I'm not sure what you mean by this - it could be that someone's using your
site to search for available domain names, hence the increase in traffic.
As for what should be done - maybe you have more potential clients coming
to your site?
Dangers? 3000+ lookups in a day is nothing to be concerned about. If you
start doing 3000 lookup a second, we'll call ;)
