I just saw the new look at http://netsol.com. First it's the Verisign
logo, and then it dissolves to the NSI logo, then loops.

You mean between the registrar and the registry -- the two brand names
you mention are not used to distinguish these two entities
Both used to use the name Network Solutions and both are switching to
the name Verisign -- the registrar has just fallen behind in the process
(How uncharacteristic of them :-)
