Is Bulk register's database down?

I have been trying to get contact information on a domain that was
supposedly registered through Bulkregister (according to the OpenSRS and NSI
whois).  But when I go to bulkregister's whois interface I keep getting a
Not Found message.  This is getting aggravating.  Anyone know what is going
on.
