Is there any reason (aside from time/money/etc) that it couldnt be modified
to work for all domains? It seems like this could be very useful (which is
the reason I initially asked about it). From what Ive seen it is _fairly_
accurate. It just doesnt seem to take into account the initial registration
period requirements. Maybe theres more wrong with it than I've seen though.
