OpenSRS doesn't run a registry, we are a registrar: if your customer is
changing his nameserver's IP, for a NSI-managed domain, via NSI, we don't
get notified of that change (and we shouldn't be). We may eventually learn
of that change, as a number of operations cause our info to be synced with
the NSI's registry: such as when the end user tries to edit their
nameservers via manage interface, when a whois lookup is done, etc. This
sync is limited to one time per 24 hour period.
