Correct!

We're working on fixing that - in the interim, the mailing from the
Reseller Interface can do the trick.

I worked on a quick patch (I'm no programmer - hacked some code), but the
stream of data that comes from the server is not an array of values that
you can parse (like it is for domains) - it's simply a literal string
that's plonked right into the HTML template.  We have to change that
string so it's an array (just like domains).
