Assuming that the actual trademark is not legit (can you please provide me
with the name btw) and assuming that Afilias does not delete the name in
question, then the legit trademark holder can file a Sunrise Challenge.

We got a belated sunrise claim from a client today, the domain is
taken, by who knows. Some outfit in Switzerland claiming a Japanese
trademark.
Who knows if this is BS or not. Our guys have a real registered trademark
since 1986.
What do they do? This being the last day of sunrise claims.
