Hi Mark,

what happened tonight: earlier today we switched some of our services to
the new NSI batch pool - and around 7pm NSI blocked our access to it.
>From what the NSI support says, it was due to the miscommunication between
their ops and customer support teams. 

This is not in any way related to any name dropping...
