no registry agents fro .info ?

Hi all - is anyone else seeing

Registration Error
The error which occurred was: 
Can't make a lookup for the domain. 
No Registry Agents to service domain: [mydomain.info] 

when you check availability of any .info domain?  We have reports of this occuring for 
past several hours
