Hello,

I have a lot of trouble respecting a company which compares itself to
NSI.

As per the previous conversations here and elsewhere, it seems there is a
general feeling that calling NSI "pond scum" is an insult to pond scum...

As for "reason to leave money on the table," try this: NSI has lost a lot
of respect from most people in this business because of their
money-grabbing tactics. Sending out an invoice months after the domain
has been transferred to another registrar, refusing to refund money when
an invoice is accidentally paid, and other circumstances have earned it a
very poor reputation.

Also, the discussed policy of Snapnames to not readily refund unsucessful
domain payments, but to merely transfer it to another name is definitely
la practice NSI.

If Snapnames wants to enter the market with the same sort of bad taste
that NSI leaves in the mouths of many, including myself, they will most
certainly lack a great deal of support that they may have otherwise had.

OpenSRS: should Snapnames become an OSRS partner, please allow the
resellers the option of turning the Snapnames service off and on in the
RWI.

Thank you,

-kb
