There isnt anything as extensive as you describe available via OpenSRS.
As OpenSRS does not know the hosting plan someone signed up for, the
management link ( except for http://manage.openrs.net :).
BUT, if you check under the 'Search Domain' in the RWI, there is the
option to list all active domains and you can A: have it come up as an
HTML page or B: spool it up into a csv file and save it to disk.
Not exactly what you were looking for ( by the description in your email
), but its an alright start! ;)~
