everything has ground to a halt, looks likt the new system is 
working great. 

at least when they did this at 6am it didn't amount to a system outage
during normal business hours.

There should be no batch deletes. Drop them randomly and penalize
registrars who max out the queue. IMHO.

Nothing against opensrs in this, as I think its beyond their control
