But there is a way to make sure they are complying with the terms of
service and acceptable use policies of their upstream. Their upstream
encourages and appreciates being notified when one of their customers
has engaged in such activities, and they take appropriate enforcement
action to make sure their terms of service are enforced.
If one of my customers was violating my terms of service and abusing
my services, I sure as heck would want to know about it.
