I second the motion...  This would be extremely useful to us for the same
reasons Peter lists plus more.
All things being not equal, I imagine there are others who do not want to know
when the DNS servers are  changed.  Like many of the emails sent by OpenSRS
this should probably be an option set in the RWI.
