There is no cost at the moment. Probably never will be. Its
a way to stick it to the spammers until the whois landscape
is overhauled.

I say "probably" just to keep options open (in case the thing
suddenly gets 10 million users or we merge it with Napster)

But at the end of the day it was not designed to be a revenue stream.
