Yes!  Very similar.

What's funny is that my client already owns both
[domain-name].com *and* [domain-name.net].  He recently
(well...November of last year) transferred both over to
OSRS, and in the process updated his contact information.

This "notice" was addressed to the *old* contact information
for the .com variation of his domain name.  When this
contact info was in force, sure enough the .net variation
of the name was NOT registered.  Looks to me like these
scumbags are working from a REALLY OLD copy of WHOIS data.

So, should I report this to someone or just ignore it?
