good luck.  even with Gandalf/VICE, i've only had success moving a cert from
one platform to the other on 1 occasion out of maybe 100.  and i swear i
don't know why it worked that one time.

Thawte is the only provisioner who even mentions moving the certs, and warns
you clearly that even their solution will probably not work.   we now tell
new clients that we will try to move their cert; but we will charge $75 to
try, and still predict it will fail.  we only had one taker for the attempt;
and it didn't work.  i'd <almost> rather sell them a new cert at cost than
waste more time trying to move an old cert.

if anyone else knows of a magic wand for this one, i'd sure be happy to see
it.
