It's on the opensrs.org home page and has also been mentioned several
times on the mailing lists.  My comments are based on what opensrs has
officially stated (many times) since we signed up in December 1999.

There were asking what types of services the RSPs would like to see.  The
end result was that they pubically decided these types of services
(forwarding services, simple hosting/parking) were better left to the
RSPs.

I'm sure they are pretty tired of having to restate this over and over
every time these conversations come up.  I have seen this mentioned
several times in communications from opensrs/tucows both on this list and
in other direct notices sent to their partners (and probably the press).
