And what is the answer about the reminders when a domain is set to
auto-renew? I could not find any clarification about this on the website nor
in the full manual in documentation. For a domain set on auto-renew, do the
reminders still get sent to the end-user, or was that a glitch as well?
Also, in the reminders, is there a way to move the domain name +/- expiry
higher up in the message or add it to the subject line as well? Since it
appears way at the bottom, we have some customers say they don't know what
name the message is for - seems they don't scroll any further than our sig
line, assuming (naturally) that is the end of the message.

This was fixed and promoted today. Everything should be working fine now,
apologies for the lack of announcement.
