username and pass

Can anyone tell me if they know how to pass the username and password 
variables in the opensrs script?
I don't want my clients to enter them, as they already have a user name and 
password for our control panel,
I wanted it to be the same so they not have to enter logins twice.

I tried something like:

http://park.9netweb.it/park/cgi/reg_system.cgi?reg_username=username&reg_password=password&confirm_password=password

But it didn't work

Anyone have any ideas?
