Kai
Tucows recently submitted a large number of domain name applications to
NeuLevel...thus a large number of notification messages.  Whenever an
individual submits an application that has a claim against it, they will
receive an email notifying them that the name has an IP Claim against it -
thus the emails.  While many of the IP Claims are legitimate, I also believe
that some were filed by applicants in hopes that it would give them an
advantage in the domain selection process - which is not the case.
