UK prices wrong in test environment?

Hi,

Are domain prices for UK domains incorrect in the test environment? I 
see on the OpenSRS web site that UK domains are $13USD for two years but 
the "Cost" column for 2 year orders in the horizon back-end shows 
$26.00. I assumed this meant that the price was actually $13/yr with a 
two year minimum, but I have a confirmation from someone in OpenSRS 
sales that UK domains are in fact $13USD for two years.
