cfb, you have to live in reality. Transfer the domains early enough 
and in most cases you won't hit a problem (although this can happen, 
yes). There's no point in complaining here and there's no point in 
complaining at all when in fact your potential customer could have 
made a wiser decision a year ago. Complain with NSI or ICANN.
