Ken and Aaron,
If you are just changing the IP addresses of the nameservers, then you
only need to make the change in one place--the domain that the nameserver
hostnames are based on.
The IP addresses are maintained by the Verisign Registry, so in effect,
all domains that use the nameserver hostnames will automatically resolve
to the new IP addresses.
The only place you will have a problem is with legacy WHOIS databases like
the one run by network solutions. network solutions does not
automatically update their WHOIS with the new IP addresses. This problem
however will NOT effect the operation of the domains that reside at
network solutions since the registry is responsible for providing the
correct IP address in DNS queries.
