WHOIS no longer delivers < or > charactors

Some time in the past 48 hours or so, I noticed that the WHOIS no longer
delivers < or > characters.  They're still visible in the management page,
but not on the WHOIS, either web or direct.

Too bad, I've been toying with the idea of an annoying popup :)
