For the record I have been investigating this issue and specifically
checking into the registry side reserved names but could find nothing about
this.  As for the trademark protection - the *only* thing that a business
can do is file an IP Claim which (if the tm is legit) gives the company the
chance to more easily use the UDRP to file against a company.
