Helo all, I know that there is a lot of experienced people on this list, and thats why I'm asking for a question 25% related to domains name.
How can you calculate an approximated value of a customer (i.e to sell him to another business), based on the facts that you have approximatly 10% hosting cancellations, and 50% owns a domain name that is yearly renewable with openSRS, and average revenu for a customer is 30$ can I think that the price could be based on a number of months of revenus (not profit) for a customer, but i don't have any ideas what is the current market value of a hosting customer.
