Does this hold true for .info live registrations that show up in Afilias' WHOIS, but not in completed orders in the RWI (still shown as pending). I have a number of these. Or should I submit a list of them to support? I am not concerned about a delay in processing, but I would not want to lose them because Tucows was not aware they went through successfully.
